Version Control

Version Control: Any changes made to any file, old versions are automatically available. No one can delete original versions. All versions are available of any changes that will be done to any file.

Event Log: A file/folder viwership or histroy logs will be provided. The application will have File recovery mechanism for restoring deleted files

Access Control: Users can be subscribed to one file or full directory depending on the need to know information.

Multi User System: Many users can work on the same file without interrupting other user who is working on the same file or without having to worry about overwriting each other’s work.

Digitization: All hard copies can be scanned and archived into the system and stored at suitable place mapped according to the users

Document Retrieval facility: If a user wants to search for a file.
